How do I use a redemption code?+
Sign in on the Web and enter the code on the access-expired page or in the account menu. Your access period updates immediately.
How will cancellation work?+
Sign in to Account & membership on the Web and turn off automatic renewal before the next renewal date. The 31 Pro days already added by each successful payment remain available.
What is the refund policy?+
After online purchases open, billing periods that have already started are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges and refunds required by law. If core paid features are unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for reasons attributable to Relayune, Pro access is extended by three times the full interruption period.
